Our client is a global leader in creating innovative service ware and food packaging solutions specialize in crafting wet molded fiber products. Their manufacturing capabilities in Thailand have also expanded significantly due to substantial investments in production technologies.

Currently looking for a talented R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing next-generation sustainable materials and products.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and developing innovative, eco-friendly materials and products that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and HGS R&D team to define requirements and ensure commercial viability.
• Optimizing existing product manufacturing processes to achieve greater production efficiency, cost reduction, and maximize company profitability.
• Implementing cutting-edge process technologies for materials and products, following established guidelines and meeting company expectations as set by the Operations Manager.
• Proactively seeking new and sustainable materials and techniques to enhance our factory operations and product portfolio. You will closely collaborate with both internal teams and external suppliers to achieve this.
• Partnering with the Operations Manager to propose and define objectives for new development and investment programs, ensuring alignment with cost-saving initiatives.
• Effectively managing assigned projects, adhering to established timelines and achieving set targets.

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in R&D engineering, preferably with a focus on sustainable materials and processes.
• Strong understanding of material science, process engineering, and manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for sustainability and innovation.

การศึกษา

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
