Our client is a manufacturer of plastic products specializing in injection molding. They are located in Chonburi, Thailand, and distribute plastic parts for the automotive, electrical appliance, and electronics industries. Currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Plastic Product Manufacturing and Injection Molding Technician to join our team.

As a Molding Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the injection molding process, from mold setup and troubleshooting to quality control and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the plastics industry, with a strong background in injection molding and mold maintenance.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Manage all company molds to ensure they are in a ready-to-produce condition
• Identify and implement improvements to molds to optimize production
• Troubleshoot and repair defective molds
• Develop and implement mold testing plans for new molds and inserts
• Manage the mold preventive maintenance schedule
• Train and mentor junior technicians on mold repair and maintenance procedures
• Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 quality standards
• Implement environmental and energy-saving policies
• Read and interpret mold drawings and plastic part drawings
• Design and develop innovative tools and fixtures to improve efficiency
• Provide production training to employees
• Maintain a safe and 5S compliant work area

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the plastics industry, with a strong focus on injection molding and mold maintenance
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mold issues
• Experience with Auto CAD and other relevant software programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
