- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Demonstrated advanced technical knowledge of current technologies and industry trends.
- Proficient in IT support across desktop, network, office applications, mobile devices, and emerging technologies.
- Positive attitude and proactive personality, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to translate user requirements to vendors, superiors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively convey solutions to superiors and stakeholders.
- Proficient in the administration of IT assets.
