รายละเอียดงาน

Majorly responsible for overseeing the shipment and delivery of goods and warehouse personnel. Station work in warehouse involves managing the loading of trucks and unloading of materials. Manage inventory, establish and maintain communication with suppliers, carriers, and others in the shipping. Work closely with Manager on company or customer KPIs, Participate in development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and lean.

• Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for district warehouses and stores
• Supervise and review work plan for assigned staff
• Create appropriate safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions
• Provide assistance in warehouse space utilization by designing facility layouts to achieve maximum storage efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage
• Conduct toolbox meeting with the staffs
• Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems
• Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel
• Arranging and plan staffs daily & weekend overtime

ประสบการณ์

• 2-3 Years in warehousing industry
• Good interpersonal, leadership, flexibility, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Preferable with forklift license & Certified Work and Height
• Physically fit, able to perform manual task
• Combinations of warehouse and office environment
• Proficient in English

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
