Position Overview:
As a Brand Manager, you'll responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including brand positioning, product development, and communication plans, to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
รายละเอียดงาน
- Propose, approve, and execute marketing and investment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Define NPD and EPD projects for in-house Product Development team to deliver exciting products to target customers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including packaging, POS materials, and digital campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations and activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor and control marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
ประสบการณ์
- At least 5 years of work experience in marketing of a leading FMCG company.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and launch successful new products and brands.
- Strong grasp of Thai consumer trends and best practices and enthusiasm for driving brand growth and success.
- Effective project management skills to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
