Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and implement digital sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Align digital sales initiatives with overall business objectives and goals.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital sales professionals.
  • Set performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide training and development.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital sales campaigns.
  • Manage digital sales channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and online marketplaces.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track performance and customer interactions.

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Enhance customer experience through personalized sales approaches and digital engagement strategies.

Data Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, website analytics, and campaign performance.
  • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for digital sales activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of strategies.

Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest digital sales trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Experiment with new approaches and platforms to keep the digital sales strategy competitive.


ประสบการณ์


Experience:

  • Ten years of experience in digital sales or a related field, including a track record of successful sales management.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing digital sales at least 5 years

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using digital sales tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
  • Fluent in Thai & English
  • Proven Track record for B2B clients
  • Global Company background is preference, Experienced in Agency will be desirable.
