This is a full-time hybrid role for an ESG Consultant with flexibility for some remote work. The ESG Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on environmental, social, and governance practices, conducting sustainability/carbon footprint assessments, developing ESG strategies, and assisting in the certification process.

Client Information Gathering and Evaluation:

• Collect information about the client's business activities, environmental and social impacts, and current ESG initiatives.

• Analyze the data collected to evaluate the client's ESG performance.

ESG Risk Investigation and Management:

• Identify risks related to environmental issues, social issues, and governance deficiencies,

and investigate their impacts.

• Develop and implement measures to minimize these risks.

ESG Strategy Development:

• Based on the client's current ESG activities and risks, formulate appropriate ESG strategies.

• Provide specific measures for environmental, social, and governance aspects, and develop detailed implementation plans.

Disclosure of ESG Initiatives:

• Compile reports on the client's ESG initiatives and disclose information to stakeholders.

• Continuously disclose information to enhance the company's transparency and social credibility.

Employee Education:

• Implement educational programs to enhance knowledge and awareness of ESG.

• Help the client's employees understand the importance of ESG strategies and encourage their implementation.

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the sustainability field, with a focus on consulting
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Environmental, Social, and Governance. (ESG) practices and carbon footprint management
• Proven experience in conducting sustainability and carbon footprint assessments
• Familiarity with Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission calculations or calculation platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong English communication skills
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience leading customer meetings

การศึกษา

Bachelor’s degree in environmental or a related discipline
