Logistics Management:

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain and distribution processes.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.

Maintenance Oversight:

Oversee the maintenance of all renewable energy facilities, including wind turbines, solar panels, and other infrastructure.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of logistics and maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the logistics and maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on logistics and maintenance performance to senior management.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics and maintenance management, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in logistics software and maintenance management systems.
Strong understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
