Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of EV solar charging stations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Maintenance Management: Coordinate routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar panels, inverters, and charging equipment.

Project Coordination: Work with engineering and construction teams during the installation of new stations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with users and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Data Monitoring: Monitor energy production and usage data, generating reports for generating reports for management and identifying areas for improvement.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding solar energy and electric vehicle charging.

Community Outreach: Engage with local communities to promote the benefits of EV charging and solar energy solutions.

ประสบการณ์

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing solar or EV charging operations.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with energy management systems and software.
• Knowledge of local and national regulations related to EV charging and renewable energy.
• Experience in customer service or stakeholder engagement.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, including outdoor settings.
• Flexibility to respond to operational issues outside regular business hours as needed
