Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the development and management of the employee workforce plan to align with the company's human resource management strategy.
- Manage the processes for employee appointments, transfers, and promotions to ensure compliance with the company's human resources policies.
- Oversee the planning, development, and management of career paths and succession plans to facilitate employee development in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure the implementation of annual performance evaluation processes for employees, analyzing results for effective human resource management.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and job requirements to reflect current roles and responsibilities accurately.
- Promote employee relations activities to enhance awareness of rights and labor relations standards among all employees.
- Record, update, and verify employee information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), providing support and guidance to departments for effective usage.
- Provide HR consulting to all departments to ensure the efficient execution of HR plans.
ประสบการณ์
- 3-5 years in HRBP role.
- Expertise in labor law.
- Expertise in developing salary structures and job evaluations.
- Proficiency in applying digital tools in work processes.
- Expertise in employee development.
การศึกษา
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Law, Economics, Psychology, or related fields.
