Assistance with general sales activities related to PCB (Customer Service, coordination with factories, etc.)
- Maintain take care exiting customer (Sub activity Looking for a New Customer.)
- Managing customer delivery dates: response to customer requests, issuing instructions to the factory and planning to ensure smooth delivery of parts.
- Working with the factory to maintain and improve quality.
- Responding to customer complaints and requests.
ประสบการณ์
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor’s degrees in any field.
- At least 1-year experiences Sales or rated position at PCB Assembly business or Electric Components Business Company or Manufacture
- Good command in English
