Our client is a prominent manufacturer and distributor specializing in crown, pilfer-proof, plastic, and composite caps, which are used as seals for bottles and containers across various products such as carbonated drinks, beer, soda, and medical supplies. Additionally, they offer metal sheet printing services and supply handheld capping machines and Maxi cap sealing machines.

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Manage and maintain electrical equipment and machinery used in the production of caps and seals.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, production teams, and other departments to optimize machine performance and improve production efficiency.
• Monitor electrical power usage, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead electrical maintenance planning and coordinate routine inspections to prevent system failures.
• Support new product development by providing electrical engineering expertise for automation and control systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and track electrical system performance.
• Supervise and mentor junior electrical engineers, ensuring high standards of technical knowledge and quality.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, electrical codes, and safety regulations.

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience with electrical design, troubleshooting, and maintenance in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and control systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus.

การศึกษา

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
