Our client is a prominent manufacturer and distributor specializing in crown, pilfer-proof, plastic, and composite caps, which are used as seals for bottles and containers across various products such as carbonated drinks, beer, soda, and medical supplies. Additionally, they offer metal sheet printing services and supply handheld capping machines and Maxi cap sealing machines.

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering department, providing guidance and direction to a team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and optimizing production capacity.
• Develop and implement strategies for preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, production managers, and maintenance teams, to drive continuous improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies for improving energy efficiency within the facility.
• Stay up to date with the latest electrical technologies and industry trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Manage electrical budgets, procurement of materials, and external contractors or vendors for electrical work.
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide technical expertise for new product development and support the integration of electrical systems for new machinery or processes.

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong experience with electrical design, automation systems (PLC, SCADA, etc.), and troubleshooting within manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and external vendors effectively.
• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

การศึกษา

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
