Our client is a world-class sportswear and casual wear manufacturer, producing high-quality garments for established global brands. With a proven track record, they have successfully sold over 50 million pieces of apparel. They are now looking for an experienced Quality Division Manager to lead their quality operations and ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout their manufacturing processes.

• Oversee the overall quality management system for the production of sportswear and casual wear, ensuring compliance with both international standards and client specifications.
• Lead and manage the quality control team, implementing effective quality assurance strategies across all stages of production.
• Develop, monitor, and improve quality assurance processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve product quality.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure all products meet the company’s rigorous quality standards.
• Manage supplier quality relationships, ensuring consistent supply of high-quality materials and components.
• Ensure the team is well-trained in quality procedures and adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Report regularly on key quality metrics to senior management, identifying trends and areas for focus.

ประสบการณ์

• At least 5 years of experience in quality management within the garment or apparel manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, testing procedures, and industry certifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English language.

การศึกษา

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile, or a related field.
