รายละเอียดงาน

•Develop and execute operational policies, procedures, and strategic plans aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives

•Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure manufactured products meet customer expectations and industry standards.

•Monitor and improve production processes to achieve efficiency, productivity, machine utilization, and profitability targets.

•Develop and lead a high-performing team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.

•Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.

ประสบการณ์

•Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior manufacturing management role.

•Previous experience in wire harness and connector manufacturing is advantageous.

•Experience in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

•Possessing excellent problem-solving, analytical, and effective communication skills across departments.

•Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

การศึกษา

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required.
