Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Exploration:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote travelling products.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
2. Daily Planning:
· Plan and organize daily work schedules to call and visit potential customers.
3. Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
4. Sales Performance:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
5. Negotiation and Problem-Solving:
· Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
· Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Reporting:
· Report market conditions, competitor activities, and new customer acquisitions to the sales manager.
· Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
7. Sales Documentation:
· Prepare sales documents such as proposals, quotations, and contracts.
8. Collaboration:
· Work closely with internal cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and customer support.
ประสบการณ์
· Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English.
· 3 years’ experience in Sales (Preferred but not mandatory).
· Previous experience in travelling product sales
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
