We are now expanding our operations to Thailand and are looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Manager to join our team.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a skilled and cohesive workforce.
• Manage employee relations, handle conflicts, and provide solutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping.
• Coordinate administrative tasks, including office management, procurement, and regulatory compliance.

ประสบการณ์

• Native Chinese speaker with strong proficiency in English; Thai language skills are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources management and administrative roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
